Refund and Returns Policy

At Malpa Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality office furniture to our valued customers. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Policy:
All sales are final, and once an order has been placed and processed, the purchased office furniture is non-refundable. We do not entertain refund requests, except in the case of certain exceptional circumstances, such as manufacturing defects or damages during transit 

2. Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our office furniture. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 24 hours  of receiving the item. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as deemed appropriate.

4. Return Process for Damaged or Defective Products:

Contact our Customer Service team at 0742 370 000/sales@malpaenterprises.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach clear photographs of the damage or defect.
Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process if applicable.
Return the damaged or defective product in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation received with it.
5. Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized furniture orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Clearance or sale items are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If applicable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs of damaged or defective products.
7. Inspection upon Delivery:
Please inspect the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please document it with the delivery personnel and notify us promptly.
