2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Assembled or modified items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

4. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and ship the item(s) to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please inform our customer service team to arrange an alternative refund method.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase. To exchange an item, follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
