Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions on how to proceed.
Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly write the return authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
1.3 Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process your refund.
